Entertainment Group of Companies as a Senior Manager of Tours from 2014 to 2017, Disneyland Resort as an Area Manager from 2012 to 2014, and Walt Disney World in various roles including Area Manager of Sunset Boulevard Attractions and Disney Photo Imaging from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Business Programs Facilitator at The Walt Disney Company's Disney Institute from 2007 to 2008. Throughout their career, Pam has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in customer service and operations management, and a commitment to employee development and performance improvement.
Pam McNamara's education history includes a Master's Degree in Spanish Peninsular Literature from the University at Buffalo, which was obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish, Secondary Education at SUNY Geneseo between 1991 and 1994. In 1989 to 1991, they pursued Spanish, Secondary Education at the State University of New York Cortland, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree during that time.
