Jim Phillips

Jim Phillips is a seasoned operations and business development professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, specializing in precision optical, electro-optical, and sophisticated electronic technologies. Currently serving as Sr. Business Development Manager at Fabrinet since July 2023, Jim previously held various roles at Benchmark Electronics, Inc., Jabil, and Xerox, where responsibilities included managing global accounts, leading product development, and overseeing business strategy efforts. Jim's background also includes significant experience at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as Payloads Platform Manager and as the owner of Phillips Construction. Jim holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Washington.
