Tamsin Henry

Tamsin Henry serves as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Administrative Officer at Factor Gas Liquids Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Tamsin worked as a General Counsel Consultant and Special Advisor to the President at a private company from August 2022 to November 2022, and at the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from January 2019 to June 2022. Tamsin's extensive legal experience includes leadership positions at Blue Spark Energy Inc., Weatherford Canada Ltd., Cenovus Energy Inc., and Nexen Inc./CNOOC, emphasizing corporate governance, compliance, litigation management, and legal support for various business operations. Tamsin also practiced in private law firms focusing on commercial litigation prior to starting in-house roles. Tamsin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from The College of Law, Guildford.
