Wei-Lin Chang

Wei-Lin Chang is a Sr. Advance Module Engineer at Factorial Energy, specializing in solid-state battery module development and testing. Prior experience includes roles at XING Mobility, where responsibilities encompassed research in immersion cooling technology and the design of customized high voltage battery packs, as well as leadership of a mechanical engineering team. Wei-Lin's background also features military service in human resource management for the Republic of China Army, educational assistance roles at the Houston Association for Space and Science Education, and technical positions at Penn State University, focused on vehicle cooling systems and thermal engineering. Wei-Lin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and has a solid foundation in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering.
