Mailinn Blandkjenn Mersland

Mailinn Blandkjenn Mersland currently serves as a board member at Musikkontoret Sørf since February 2024. Mersland has held leadership roles in insights and editorial development at Polaris Media ASA since February 2021 and in insights and analysis at Fædrelandsvennen since February 2020. Prior to these positions, Mersland was a senior web analyst at Schibsted Media Group from September 2016 to February 2020. Additional experience includes design engineering roles at National Oilwell Varco from November 2011 to September 2016, a system development consultant position at Capgemini in 2011, and summer internships focused on computational fluid dynamics at WindSim AS and Agder Energi AS in 2009 and 2010, respectively. Mersland holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has completed various education programs, including a leadership and mentorship program at MBL in 2021 and an exchange program in Engineering Physics at UC San Diego from 2009 to 2010.
