Teka Nicholas-Cofer is a seasoned professional with experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as a Partner Success Manager at Fair Trade USA since September 2021, Teka has also held roles as a Business Operations Specialist within the same organization. Teka contributes to the Customer Success Collective as a member since March 2024. Prior positions include Adjunct Lecturer at Rutgers University's Honors College and various customer experience roles at Lo & Sons, where responsibilities encompassed consumer insights analysis and exceptional customer service.
