William Redfern

William Redfern has extensive experience in leadership roles within both military and law enforcement environments. Serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve since December 2002 as Command Senior Enlisted Leader and Senior Chief Petty Officer, William advocates for warfighting readiness for 125 sailors and advises the Commanding Officer on policy changes. In addition, as Deputy Sheriff Lieutenant at Fairfax County Sheriff's Office since March 2001, William executes advanced supervisory responsibilities with a focus on criminal investigations, crisis intervention, and emergency command. William holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
