Caleb Langat is an experienced consultant and auditor specializing in food safety, hygiene, and environmental sustainability within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Food Safety & Hygiene Lead Consultant for Naivas Limited since July 2019, Caleb oversees a team of auditors to implement international food safety principles. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of Locals & Associates Co. Ltd, Caleb provides tailored consulting and auditing services to a diverse clientele, including horticultural projects and government organizations. Caleb's career also includes significant roles with COLEAD.link, Reactcert Africa, Fairtrade International, Rainforest Alliance, and other prominent organizations, focusing on social compliance, human rights assessments, and climate resilience within agricultural supply chains. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture from Jomo Kenyatta University.
