Katie Milne

Katie Milne has been working in human resources for over six years. Katie started their career as a sales associate at Diesel, before moving into HR with Basildon Borough Council. Katie then spent two years as an HR advisor at Family Action, before taking on their current role as head of human resources. In their current role, Katie is responsible for leading the learning and development team, managing the apprenticeship programme, and overseeing the health and wellbeing strategy. Katie has also been involved in several complex change programmes, such as TUPE and restructuring.

Katie Milne has a MSc in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice from AVADO (formerly Home Learning College), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from Heythrop College, U. of London. Katie also has a certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in Mental Health First Aider and a certification from CIPD in Assoc CIPD.
