Guilherme Santos

Guilherme Santos is an experienced professional in innovation and public policy, serving as the Coordinator of Innovation and Knowledge Networks at the Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão do Rio de Janeiro since May 2022, where responsibilities include developing the state's Strategic Economic and Social Development Plan. In addition, Guilherme coordinates the Centelha II Program at FAPERJ, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems, and has been a researcher at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro since 2014, contributing to studies on innovation policies and entrepreneurship metrics. Other roles include serving as an advisor at FAPERJ, teaching negotiation and resource acquisition at Escola ORT, and engaging in diversity policy initiatives for startups. Guilherme's academic credentials include a Doctorate and Master's in Public Policies from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, along with a Bachelor's and Teaching Degree in Social Sciences.
