Andrew Banks

Andrew Banks is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent advisory and executive search. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Faraday Partners since January 2021, Andrew focuses on building internet and software companies from their earliest stages. Andrew has served as an advisor to CEOs at Oyster™ and Chance, offering expertise in organisational design, talent, and employee propositions. Prior to these roles, Andrew was Managing Director International and Managing Director EMEA at True Search, where leadership was provided outside of North America and in the EMEA region, respectively. Andrew built and led the technology, digital media, and telecommunications practice at Blackwood and developed relationships with technology and telecommunications organisations at Calibre One. Early career involved managing search assignments at Pacific International Recruitment Ltd, focusing on Lean and Six Sigma disciplines. Andrew holds a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
