Michelle Esposito has been working in the skincare industry since 1999. Michelle began their career as an Esthetician/Skincare Consultant at Skincare by Michelle and then became an Esthetician at Facelogic in 2011. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Brand Rep and Education and Sales Specialist for Dr. Roebucks Skincare. Michelle then became a Market Trainer and Freelance Sales Specialist for Farmacy Beauty. In 2020, they worked as an Esthetician at Organic Skin Therapy Spa and is currently the Business Owner of their own company, My Skin By Michelle.

Michelle Esposito has a long history of education in the field of esthetics. In 2019, they obtained a Microneedling Specialist & Microdermabrasion certification from Texas Laser Institute. Michelle also attained a Dermaplane Certificate and a Lash Lift Tint Certificate from Mignon's Advanced Esthetic Training. In 2012, they completed the Eminence Skincare Training Program. In 2003, they obtained an Ear Conologist certification from Natural Life Center and an Advanced Waxing Techniques certification from Source Vital College of Holistic Studies. Finally, in 1999, they received an Esthetician certification from Blanche Macdonald, which covered esthetics, skin care, sales, massage, nails, and makeup.
