Sarah Loquasto

Sarah Loquasto is an experienced fitness instructor and school counselor with a strong background in recruitment and program coordination. Currently a Group Fitness Instructor at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, Inc., Sarah instructs multiple fitness classes weekly and fosters a supportive gym community. As a Recruiter at Ampact, Sarah has managed recruitment for the Minnesota Reading and Math Corps, engaging various educational institutions and community partners. Previously, Sarah served as a School Counselor at both Fridley Public Schools and AFSA High School, focusing on academic and emotional support for students, facilitating lessons, and collaborating with staff and families. Sarah also has experience in camp programming as a Camp Program Director at the Sabes Jewish Community Center. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women's Studies from St. Olaf College.
