Arielle LaGuette

Arielle LaGuette has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arielle has been with Favor Delivery since 2015, initially starting as an Account Executive for New & Emerging Markets in the U.S. and Canada. Arielle then transitioned to the role of Account Executive for Central Texas, where they were responsible for establishing and growing relationships with local and national restaurants.

In 2018, Arielle co-founded and became an owner of Fallout Theater, a premier comedy destination in Austin. Additionally, they joined Favor Delivery as the Sales Development Team Lead in 2018, before being promoted to the role of Regional Sales Manager for Central Texas. Arielle later became a Senior Manager of Sales and is currently serving as the Director of Sales.

Prior to their time at Favor Delivery, Arielle worked at ShippingEasy, starting as a Customer Service Representative in 2013. Arielle quickly moved up to the roles of Account Executive, where they built and sustained relationships with USPS sales representatives, and later as a Senior Account Executive responsible for partnership relationship management and B2B training and development.

Earlier in their career, Arielle worked at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema as a Server and Private Party Host.

Arielle LaGuette pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies (with a focus on Performance, Rhetorical, and Organizational aspects) from the University of North Texas. Arielle completed their undergraduate education between 2007 and 2011.
