Harry Mazaheri has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the finance and technology sectors. Harry worked as the EVP/Founding CTO at Fay Financial, where they managed the company's growth, implemented outsourcing contracts, and focused on technical operations and service delivery. Prior to that, they were the Director/VP at J.P. Morgan, where they managed data warehouse implementation and utilization, led the implementation of an alternative internet-based communication sales strategy, and guided outsourcing efforts. Harry also served as the Founding CIO at ZIFF BROTHERS INVESTMENTS, L.L.C and as an Assistant General Manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Additionally, they have held managerial positions at Barclays Investment Bank and Scrimgeour Vickers Citicorp Securities, Ltd.

Harry Mazaheri's education history includes a Master's in Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Finance & Information Systems. Harry also pursued post-graduate studies in Japanese Language and Literature at Yale University. In addition, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Penn State Law, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Computer Science from Washington and Lee University.
