Akshay Gangadharan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality and civil engineering. Currently, Akshay serves as a Senior Passador at Fazenda Rodizio Bar & Grill, having progressed from Junior Passador to Passador, demonstrating strong teamwork and high standards in a busy environment while serving and cutting meat for guests. Previously, Akshay worked as a Site Engineer at Zainudheen Associates, where responsibilities included managing worker allocation, materials, and equipment in adherence to Health and Safety legislation.
