Susan Salmela

Susan Salmela, CPIM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in scheduling and purchasing management. Currently serving as Master Scheduler at Federal Foam Technologies, Inc. since April 2022, Susan previously held roles as Purchasing Planning Manager and Master Scheduler at Malco Products SBC, where responsibilities included MPS scheduling using the Oracle ERP system. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Planner at Talon Innovations and Buyer/Planner at RT Dygert, focusing on global purchasing, vendor management, and compliance with ISO processes. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University, completed in 2011.
