Pollyanna Hampton

Pollyanna Hampton possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as the Hearing Office Director at the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission since December 2018. Prior to this role, Pollyanna worked as a Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of the Solicitor from August 2008 to December 2018, and practiced as an Attorney at Willman and Arnold from June 2005 to July 2008. Pollyanna earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law between 2001 and 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University, obtained from 1995 to 1999.
