Matthew Bryant

Matthew Bryant has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple organizations. Matthew recently worked as a Science Writer at FedWriters and the NOAA Technology Partnerships Office starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Communications Manager at the Coastal Resilience Center - UNC Chapel Hill | U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security from August 2021 to June 2022. Matthew also served as a Co-Editor and Staff Writer at UNC Greensboro from June 2019 to July 2021, and as a Communications Manager and Program Coordinator at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from May 2017 to July 2019. Furthermore, they have experience as a Center Manager for the Center for Spatial and Textual Analysis (CESTA) at Stanford University from March 2012 to July 2016, focusing on digital humanities research. Matthew's earliest work experience includes being a Program Coordinator at the California College of the Arts from August 2008 to September 2010.

Matthew Bryant has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Matthew then pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Visual Art at the University of California, Riverside, from 2004 to 2007. Later, Matthew Bryant attended UC San Diego from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication.
