Dung PHAN is currently a doctoral student at The Australian National University, focusing on International Relations within the Coral Bell School of Asia Pacific Affairs. In addition to this role, Dung PHAN serves as a Research Officer at the ISEAS - Yusof Ishak Institute since December 2021 and was a member of the United States-Vietnam Next-Generation Leaders Initiative at Pacific Forum from October 2020 to October 2021. Previous experience includes a position as a Student Research Assistant at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies from July 2020 to July 2021. Dung PHAN holds a Master's degree in Asian Studies from RSIS and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tokyo International University.
