Kristen Higley

Kristen Higley has a diverse work experience that spans from 2020 to the present. Kristen started their career as a Marketing and Data Intern at Red Rover, where they worked on CRM tasks and participated in marketing strategy meetings. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Camp K9 Paradise for Paws, where they held multiple roles including Administrative Assistant, Dog Handler, and Dog Groomer. In this position, they managed office tasks, scheduled dog evaluations, provided care for dogs, and ensured their proper nutrition, mental stimulation, and exercise. From 2021 to 2023, Kristen worked at Allied Resources Technical Consultants as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Their responsibilities included conducting interviews with candidates, sourcing technical and non-technical candidates, staying updated on industry trends, learning about clients and their projects, and managing the recruitment process. Currently, they hold the position of Project Coordinator at Feith Systems, starting in 2023.

Kristen Higley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Cairn University, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Information Security Awareness Training from AgLearn in June 2023, and Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED from the American Safety and Health Institute in May 2022.
