As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth, our team of Content and Product Marketers, and our Marketing agencies. You’ll be developing multi-channel, data-driven growth strategies to drive demand throughout the funnel and influence content, design, and messaging.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth Marketing to join our marketing team. You’ll think conceptually and strategically to drive growth through the entire funnel, developing multi-channel targeted strategies, and partnering across our marketing and sales team to successfully execute growth and acquisition plans. 

Here’s a sample of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leverage performance data and an experimentation cadence to inform strategies and prioritization.

  • Use a multi-channel approach that generates sales pipeline, while closely monitoring performance and optimizing at each stage of the funnel.

  • Partner with our Product Marketing team to align quantitative and qualitative data to drive content, design, channels and spend.

  • Liaise with our agencies to communicate insights, delegate to-dos, and ensure alignment and success.

  • Have a deep understanding of our target audience and personas, design experiments to test new audiences and approaches that identify new channels

  • Keep a close watch on channel performance, and develop projections and growth goals, consistently track & measure program performance/pacing to ensure channels are on track to meet goals

  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, sales, and marketing departments to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages.

  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends to identify more innovative ways to approach marketing channels and programs

You’ll be set up for success if:

  • You’re curious, resourceful, and quick to learn. You’re eager to dive in, talk to people, do research, and then share what you’ve learned. You like to ask questions like "why?" and "what if?" and follow through to find the answers.

  • You have experience working with agencies and consultants and can align them to company goals and revenue targets.

  • You have a deep understanding of SEO, digital, and performance marketing and nerd out about data. You're familiar with data platforms and can translate data into actionable insights for the Marketing team.

  • You have a track record of developing multi-channel strategies that deliver predictable results.

  • You have strong communication skills and adapt to working with different teams and experience levels.
