Kathy Ardekani

With over 30 years of progressive operational experience in senior living, Kathy Ardekani has dedicated her professional career to raising up and honoring the voice of older adults, family, and team members. She began her career as a social worker in a nursing home community. From this catalyst, Mrs. Ardekani, served in roles as a sales and marketing professional, executive director, and regional executive director. She has extensive experience facilitating building projects from inception and has started and integrated business lines within the elder care sphere.

Mrs. Ardekani expertise extends to restructuring traditional facilities into person-centered communities with a focus on today while preparing for tomorrow. She has a keen understanding of the marketplace to position a community to honor the exigency of the older adults, families, and team members.

Additionally, Mrs. Ardekani is a licensed nursing home administrator, certified assisted living, and personal care home administrator. She was honored by the Pennsylvania Health Care Association in 2019 as the Executive Director of the year. In 2020 Mrs. Ardekani won the St. John Neumann Alumni award from Neumann University. She is currently a DBA candidate attending Johnson and Wales University.
