Product Designer at Fenergo

Dina Karakosta has a diverse work experience in the field of design and research. Dina started their career as a Learning and Development Assistant at Het Schoter in 2017. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant at Utrecht University, where they were involved in coding observational data and analyzing it using SPSS software. In 2018, they joined MediaMonks as a UX Strategist, where they conducted research to provide strategic recommendations for clients such as Shell and OPI. From 2019 to 2021, Dina worked as a UX/UI Designer at Santander Consumer Finance Benelux B.V, where they improved user experiences and created wireframes and prototypes. Most recently, they joined Sentinels as a Product Designer, leading agile squads and contributing to the redesign and documentation of the company's product. Dina is currently working at Fenergo as a Product Designer.

Dina Karakosta has a diverse education history. Dina began their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Sciences from the University of the Aegean, where they specialized in Mathematics, Physics, Informatics, and Business Management. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Developmental Psychology (Research) from Utrecht University, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.

To further enhance their expertise in the field of education, Dina enrolled at Leiden University, where they earned another M.Sc. degree in Education and Child Studies: Learning Problems and Impairments from 2018 to 2020.

In order to expand their skill set and delve into the world of User Interface (UI) Design, Dina enrolled in a specialization program at The Interaction Design Foundation from 2020 to 2022. This allowed their to gain valuable knowledge and competence in UI Design.

Additionally, Dina has obtained numerous certifications to enhance their professional capabilities.
