Rita Biscaia

Rita Biscaia has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as the SAP Global Trade Services IT Delivery Lead at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where they are responsible for the implementation of the SAP GTS system. Prior to this, they worked at SAP as a Logistics Business Analyst. Rita also has experience in customer service at Le Gatte Coffee Shop, sales roles at Marsh and Tiffosi-Cofemel, and sales assistant positions at Decathlon Portugal and EGOR. Additionally, they worked as a Market Research Data Handler at Intercampus.

Rita Biscaia completed their education at various institutions. Rita attended the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril from 2023 to 2024, where they pursued an Advanced Program in Hospitality Management. Prior to that, they studied at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master's Degree in Industrial Management and Strategy. Rita also obtained a Management Degree from the same institution from 2008 to 2011. Rita completed their secondary education at Escola Secundária Padre António Vieira from 2004 to 2007, focusing on Sciences and Technologies. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Materials Management SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 from SAP in 2016 and Sales and Distribution SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6 from SAP in 2015.
