MacKenzie Gilbert

Mackenzie Gilbert is a dedicated customer service professional with extensive experience in retail and support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Festival Foods since March 2020, Mackenzie assists customers with grocery checkouts, addresses issues, offers mailing services, and fulfills orders for the Click N Go Service. Previously, an Audit Intern at Johnson Block & Company, Inc. from January to May 2024, Mackenzie also gained valuable experience as a Crew Member at Action City Fun Center and Trampoline Park from July 2019 to August 2020, where customer assistance with purchases and arcade games was provided. Mackenzie is pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, expected to graduate in December 2024.
