Steven Justman

Steven Justman is an accomplished operating partner with extensive experience in investment strategy and operational excellence across various sectors, including technology, media, and entertainment. Currently serving as an operating partner at Goldman Sachs since April 2020, Justman also holds board positions at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group and Screenvision Media, contributing to the enhancement of value creation and risk mitigation. Prior experience includes roles at Abry Partners, INVESTCORP, and NBC Sports Ventures, where Justman was instrumental in sourcing investment opportunities and expanding media portfolios. Justman’s educational background includes an MBA in Media Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, an M.S. in Sports Management from the University of Richmond, and a B.S. in Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
