Fabiana Laurenzi

Fabiana Laurenzi is an experienced Project Manager at TIM since January 2005, currently overseeing an Agile Digital Transformation project focused on APP and WEB components. Responsibilities include planning activities, developing guidelines for testing teams, monitoring project status during the testing phase, and supporting clients during User Acceptance Testing. Previously, Fabiana served as a Senior Integration Manager, coordinating Consumer Mobile projects from planning to User Testing and production, and also worked as a Project Manager managing software testing systems in the CRM sector. Earlier in their career, Fabiana worked as a software analyst and tester at Telesoft and held various roles including a Call Center Operator and Secretary in different firms. Fabiana holds a diploma in Computer Science from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Enrico Fermi in Rome.
