Jonny Friedman

Jonny Friedman is an experienced Chief People Officer currently serving FIECON, a health economics consultancy, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jonny held an interim position as Chief People Officer at HRGO Plc, demonstrating a strong capability in recruitment and digital marketing. From May 2020 to September 2023, Jonny was the People and Transformation Director at IRIS Software Group, and previously led client transformation at SD Worx UK & Ireland. Notable earlier roles include leading HR consulting for Hewlett Packard Enterprise and serving as a Principal HR Consultant for Ceridian. With a solid foundation in HR leadership, Jonny has also held pivotal roles at BMI Healthcare, Halifax, Tesco, and C&A. Academic qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Team, Board and Systemic Coaching from Henley Business School, a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, and a degree in Retail Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
