Katherine Lake

Katherine Lake (Booth) is an experienced professional in customer success and management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Fièra Cosmetics since April 2024. Previously, Katherine worked as a Customer Success Specialist at Circuit Virtual Tours by Beyond Media, where successful management of over 35 accounts led to enhanced customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. At Galton Voysey, Katherine held the role of Head of Customer Happiness, overseeing a team of over 50 direct reports and implementing key procedures and performance indicators, and also served in a customer happiness role managing a team of 20+. Katherine holds an International Affairs Specialist degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and a high school diploma from Ravenscroft School.
