Elena Pavlova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Elena started their career as a Federal Judge Assistant at the Commercial Disputes Court in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Later, in 2011, they joined JSC Dielectric Cabling Systems as a Counsel for Corporate Law, and worked there until 2012. In 2013, they became a Counsel for International Law at Qiwi Russia, where they worked until 2014. Elena then joined NAFCO-Law & Tax Advisers as a Counsel for International Law in 2014 until the end of the year. In 2015, they became a Senior Legal Advisor at Ingenius Systems, where they worked until 2016. Finally, in 2016, they joined FINAM as the Head of the Legal team of Corporate Governance of IT Projects.
Elena Pavlova completed their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Comparative Constitutional Law at Central European University from 2004 to 2005. Elena then pursued further education in Political Science & International Law, earning a Master's degree from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Elena obtained their initial LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from Mari State University, Mari El Republic, Russia, studying from 1999 to 2004.
