Isabelle Lönnberg

Isabelle L. is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in management and consulting roles. Currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since October 2022, Isabelle previously held positions as a Senior Leadership and Culture Consultant at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and an Employee Wellbeing Consultant at Peninsula Health. In earlier roles, Isabelle was the Manager of Nurse Workforce and Associate Nurse Unit Manager at Monash Health, and a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Nurse Educator at The Royal Children's Hospital. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice (Paediatric Intensive Care). Additionally, Isabelle completed a Masters of Leadership and Management at Monash University and a course on Leading and Organising for Change from the Institute of Healthcare Improvement. Currently, Isabelle is pursuing studies in coaching through Open Door Coaching.
