Ludivine Ventura

Ludivine Ventura supports originating and structuring debt and equity transactions throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa. Ludivine brings over 9 years of experience in structured finance, corporate banking and impact investing.

Prior to joining FinDev Canada, Ludivine was a Senior Associate at SVX where she led the design process of impact funds and supported businesses getting investment ready. Previously she worked for a social business and for a philanthropic foundation focusing on creating new financing instruments that will address existing systemic gaps. She also spent 5 years at BNP Paribas in Mexico, Japan, France and Canada in the Corporate and Investment Banking division where she supported the structuring of large transactions for investment grade corporates and infrastructure projects. Ludivine believes in leveraging cross-sectorial collaboration and using finance to address environmental and social issues.

Ludivine holds a Master in Management from Georgia Tech (USA) and Grenoble School of Management.
