Marina Louhija

Marina Louhija is an accomplished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in governance and compliance. Currently, Marina serves as a Board and Audit Committee member at Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy and as a Board Member at Nordic RCC A/S, where Marina also holds the position of Chair from 2022 to 2024. Marina has been instrumental at Fingrid Oyj as General Counsel and a member of the Executive Management Board since September 2009, overseeing the Compliance and Sustainability Team. Additionally, Marina has held leadership positions at Finextra Oy as CEO and Board Member, and previously served on the Board of Fingrid Datahub Oy.
