Krista Fitzgibbon

Krista Fitzgibbon has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Krista began their career as a Human Resource Specialist at AAR CORP. in 2011. Krista then moved on to The Walsh Group, starting as a Garnishment Technician before being promoted to the role of Chicago Regional Coordinator. In 2014, they became the Assistant HR Manager of the Chicago Region, where they managed daily operations, conducted training sessions, and coordinated various HR processes. In 2016, Fitzgibbon joined Finkl Steel as an HR Manager, responsible for overseeing the department's day-to-day functions and developing HR processes and procedures. Additionally, in March 2020, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director.

Krista Fitzgibbon began their education in 2006 at Texas State University, where no degree or field of study was provided. Krista later attended Western Illinois University from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. In 2018, they pursued further education at the ZHAW School of Management and Law, completing a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Applied International Management in 2019.
