Diego Cermenati

Diego Cermenati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Director of Global Strategic Accounts & Customer Success at Finning since March 2011. In this role, Diego leads a cross-functional team to ensure mining customers effectively utilize CAT products and Finning services, acting as an advocate for customer needs. Previous positions include Senior Commercial Manager for Underground Mining, Commercial Mining Industrial & Project Manager for Open Pit, and several other managerial roles focused on sales and strategy development within the mining sector. Diego holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Edinburgh Business School, along with numerous specialized training certifications, including from Big Iron University. Through a strong background in relationship management, strategic planning, and team leadership, Diego has significantly contributed to enhancing operational outcomes and customer satisfaction in the mining industry.
