Senior Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks

Eugene Koh has a diverse range of work experience. Eugene currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Fireblocks, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, Eugene worked at Datorama, a Salesforce Company, as a Success Architect from September 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they managed top enterprise and marketing agency clients, served as the trusted technical expert, and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Before joining Datorama, Eugene worked at Alpha7 in various roles. Eugene started as a Marketing & Business Management Intern in May 2015, where they designed and implemented websites and created online marketing assets for clients. Eugene then became a Client Engagement Specialist from July 2016 to March 2017, conducting pre-sales qualifications and implementing various solutions for clients. Eugene later worked as a Customer Success Manager from April 2017 to September 2018, where they onboarded clients and partners to use the A7 IoB business analytics tool.

Prior to their time at Alpha7, Eugene worked as a Marketing Research Intern at SMU-UOB Asian Enterprise Institute from May 2014 to September 2014. In this role, they conducted market research and analyzed the results to recommend marketing strategies. Eugene also worked as a Creative Intern at B1G1 from May 2013 to July 2013, where they revised and managed project listing data and designed marketing materials.

Eugene's earliest work experience was as a Project Intern at ICFE Group of Companies from January 2012 to May 2012. In this role, they reviewed bank loan agreements, conducted data validation, and participated in client meetings.

Eugene Koh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Singapore Management University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in different fields. In 2016, they completed certifications in Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales from HubSpot. In 2018, they achieved certifications as a Datorama Specialist, Datorama Expert, and Datorama Champion from Datorama, a Salesforce Company. In 2021, Eugene obtained certifications in Crash Course on Python, Data Science Math Skills, and Lead Management in Salesforce from Coursera. In the same year, they also obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce.
