Paul Skelton

Paul Skelton is a seasoned design and development professional with extensive experience in product design, engineering, and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Product Design and Development at FireBoard since November 2022, Paul previously held roles such as Lead Product Design Engineer at Silgan Dispensing, where contributions included preparation for commercialization of high-profile spray products. Prior roles encompass Head of Product Design at FireBoard, Director Product Design and Development at UbeCube, Design Manager at Castle Creations, and Product Development Lead at Nemo Ventures, with earlier experience as a Senior Industrial Designer at R&D/Leverage and a 3D Animation Specialist at Garmin. Paul holds a degree in Industrial Design from The University of Kansas and has a background that blends fine arts and engineering, accumulated through a progressive career beginning with Garmin in 2003.
