Wes Brewer

Wes Brewer is a seasoned animation professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Principal Animator at Firesprite since August 2022, Wes has previously held the position of Senior Animator at Jagex, Playground Games, and Radiant Worlds. Earlier roles include Animator at Rebellion and Blitz Games Studios, as well as Junior Animator at Blitz Games Studios. Wes began the career as an Animation Intern at Double Six Games, contributing to the South Park Let’s Go Tower Defence Play! project, and also served as an Associate Lecturer at Southampton Solent University, assisting students in game projects and 2D animation. Wes holds a BA(Hons) in Computer and Video Game Art from Solent University, completed in 2009.
