Juan Manuel Ramirez

Juan Manuel Ramirez has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Juan Manuel began their professional journey at the Ministerio de Salud de Costa Rica as a Programmer Analyst from February 2012 to June 2013. Juan Manuel then moved to Etiquetas impresas Etipres S.A and worked as a Programmer Analyst from August 2013 to September 2014. After that, Juan joined Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, where they served as a full stack programmer from September 2014 to May 2018 and later became the Jefe técnico de ingeniería de software from May 2018 to July 2022. Currently, Juan is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at First Factory since July 2022.

Juan Manuel Ramirez completed their Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Costa Rica from the years 2010 to 2013. Juan Manuel then pursued a Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática y Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web (Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Web Application Development) from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Juan Manuel Ramirez obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed a course on Docker & Kubernetes from Udemy. In September 2022, they obtained a certification for the course "Vue - The Complete Guide (incl. Router & Composition API)" also from Udemy. In October 2021, they achieved certifications in both basic and intermediate levels of SQL from HackerRank.
