Mini James

Mini James has extensive experience in banking and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Client Advocate at Alliance Payment Solutions since September 2016. Previously, Mini held the position of Lockbox Manager at First Place Bank, overseeing the Automated Wholesale and Retail Lockbox department and Customer Courier Service Department, and also managed daily operations as Lockbox Manager at Talmer Bank & Trust from February 2013 to May 2016. Earlier career roles include Loan Processor at Franklin Bank and Assistant Branch Manager at Standard Federal Bank. Mini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology & Mathematics from Fatima Mata College, Kerala, India, and an Associate’s Degree in Science from St. Gregorious College.
