Melissa Ó. has over a decade of experience in business intelligence and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at FirstHealth of the Carolinas since September 2013, Melissa Ó. excels in developing reports, designing dashboards, and creating various BI solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. Prior to this role, Melissa Ó. worked as a Business Intelligence Developer at the same organization, and held positions as a Staff Accountant at Compete, Inc. and Martek Ltd, as well as an Office Manager. Melissa Ó. holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master’s Certificate in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
