Yaire del Toro Rosas

Yaire Del Toro Rosas is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Recruiter at FITS, LLC since January 2022, Yaire manages the recruitment process, defines candidate profiles, and coordinates interview resources. Previous roles include Junior Recruiter and Recruiter Intern at R3STARTT, Co-Founder of EQVAL Consulting Group, Human Resources Assistant Recruiter at Enactus UPR Mayagüez, and various positions in leadership and project assistance at BDEC UPRM and Aeropostale Puerto Rico Inc. Yaire holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services and a Minor in Project Management from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
