Colin Keefe

Colin Keefe is an accomplished attorney at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. since September 2012, serving as a shareholder in the Corporate, Business and Banking Group with expertise in corporate finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, construction contracting, real estate acquisitions, and general corporate transactions. Prior to this role, Colin Keefe gained experience as an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from December 2009 to August 2012, specializing in project and acquisition finance. Colin Keefe also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Machine Gunner from February 1999 to August 2003.
