Eric Janeczek

Eric Janeczek serves as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Five9 since July 2018, after holding positions as Senior Enterprise Sales Director and Enterprise Sales Director. Five9 specializes in on-demand inbound, outbound predictive dialing, and blended call center solutions. Prior to Five9, Eric was the VP of Customer Experience & Innovation at SmartAction from October 2016 to July 2018, focusing on enhancing customer communication with brands. Eric's experience includes serving as Senior Account Executive for Cloud at Genesys from March 2012 to October 2016, where cloud-based customer experience solutions were a priority. Additionally, from March 2008 to March 2012, Eric worked as an Account Manager at Cogent Communications, a leading Tier 1 Internet service provider. Eric’s earlier roles include Sales/Marketing Specialist at Education For Advancement and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Resource Development International Ltd from 2005 to 2008. Education encompasses a degree from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business, earned from 1999 to 2001.
