Cara Sendra

Cara Sendra is a Quality Assurance Engineer at Flexco since May 2023, with a strong background in quality engineering from a previous role as a Senior Quality Engineer at Smalley from August 2016 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Peer Assisted Leader and Math Tutor at University Tutoring Services, where assistance was provided to students in engineering and various mathematical topics. Cara also completed an Operations Internship at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, focusing on continuous improvement and data analysis. Earlier experience includes working as a cashier at Kohl’s. Cara is affiliated with Alpha Pi Mu, the Industrial Engineering Honor Society, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Management and Production from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
