Melissa Yoches

Melissa Yoches, director of product management B2C at FlexJobs, sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for FlexJobs to help make it easier for people to find flexible jobs that make their lives better. She has over 20 years of experience creating, growing, and maintaining compelling Internet and mobile products for small to large scale companies.

Working remotely means that Melissa can avoid a long Bay Area commute and instead spend that time with her two kids. Work flexibility also allows her to make time to volunteer for her children's school activities. She has been working remotely since 2007.

Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, biking, camping and snow sports like skiing and snowboarding. She also enjoys baking, watching HGTV, and reading (especially historical fiction).
