Paul-Marc Lachaud

Based in New York, he is responsible for establishing standards, implementing procedures and providing everyday action towards ensuring that the US compliance programs are effective in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with regulations, internal compliance guidelines and applicable compliance standards.

Prior to joining Flexstone Partners in 2019, Paul-Marc was at Natixis North America, where he was a Director in the Compliance Department. Prior to Natixis North America, he was Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Seventure Partners, and, prior, Chief Compliance Officer at Ossiam, both companies affiliated with Natixis Investment Managers. Prior his positions at those two companies, he was a member of BPCE Group Audit team (Inspection Générale).

Paul-Marc holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Kent State University and an MS in Management from the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
