Dusty Webb

Dusty Webb, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Floorplan Xpress since February 2021. Prior to this, Dusty held various positions at Oklahoma's Credit Union, including Vice President of Human Resources/Training from November 2011 to January 2021 and AVP of HR from September 2006 to October 2011. In these positions, Dusty focused on developing and coaching employees, ensuring outstanding service to both internal and external members, and identifying members' financial needs.

Dusty Webb, PHR, pursued their education at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In December 2019, Dusty also received the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
