Jati Susthira

Jati Susthira has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Head of IT - AMEA Region at Upfield, starting in August 2023. Before that, they served as the Regional IT Business Partner at GE Healthcare from July 2022 to August 2023.

Prior to that, Jati worked at Roche as the Country IT Manager from September 2017 to July 2022. In this role, they led various technology initiatives, including CRM implementation, business intelligence reporting, and business process improvement. Jati also managed IT operations, ensuring budget efficiency and implementing system interfaces to improve data accuracy.

Earlier in their career, Jati held the position of IT Manager at Vasham from November 2015 to September 2017. Jati also worked at Unilever as an Assistant Manager - Customer Development IT from February 2012 to November 2015, where they focused on digital strategy for sales and supply chain management.

Jati's first role was as an IT Officer at PT Patra Trading from January 2009 to February 2012.

Jati Susthira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from BINUS University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
